All accounts require a credit card on file before service will be scheduled. Credit cards can be added securely to your account through the My Account button after the form for service request is filled out. You will receive instructions in a secure email on how to setup your account. Accounts are set as default for autopay. Autopay charges the card on file the day of service. If you would prefer to pay by check, please toggle the autopay button to off in your account on our client portal. A credit card on file is required, even if paying by check. If payment has not been received after 30 days, the card on file will be charged. You may also contact our office and we will be happy to assist you in setting up your account over the phone.
